Drake Nominated For Three 2016 GRAMMY’s

Today the first wave of nominations for the 2016 GRAMMY’s was announced and Drake has earned three nominations.

This morning on CBS This Morning, Alicia Keys announced those artists that will be competing for GRAMMY’s come February. Drake yet again was able to take away some nominations this year. His mixtape ‘If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late‘ garners him a nomination for Best Rap Album while “Energy” gains him one for Best Rap Song. Additionally “Back To Back”, which was a soundcloud release, earns him a nomination for Best Rap Performance.

Drake already has one GRAMMY under his belt for ‘Best Rap Album’ for Take Care from 2013. The 2016 GRAMMY’s will air live on February 15, 2016 on CBS at 8p.m. EST. Congrats to Drake!
